For this design concept, I went with a minimal yet bold aesthetic, using a black and white palette to make the images pop through a striking duotone effect. This choice added an element of suspense and perfectly complemented the magazine's title, 'Method,' which is echoed throughout. The black and white scheme brought a sense of unity, emphasizing a clean, structured approach to both design and content.

I was tasked with designing an event poster for the Weitzman School of Design, restricted to using only black and white. Instead of seeing it as a limitation, I embraced it, opting for a modern, clean aesthetic that balanced visual appeal with professionalism. This approach not only highlighted the event details clearly but also maintained a sleek, slightly disruptive edge that made the design stand out.

Designed by Vico Magistretti, the Atollo Lamp is an iconic symbol of Italian design, showcasing a minimalistic geometric form reminiscent of a small mushroom. Its blend of simplicity and elegance has made it a timeless classic. Drawing inspiration from Magistretti's vision, I aimed to infuse that same minimal and geometric aesthetic into my project design.
